Construction of the Lockton and Kepwick Apartment buildings is progressing well with completion currently due October 2008.  The scaffolding and sheeting is now being removed from the buildings.

Beach Chalets

The every popular North Bay Miniature Railway has continued to make huge improvements with the introduction of new engines Poseidon and Robin Hood and covered carriages for days of inclement weather.

The new Beach Management Centre has now been completed and comprises attended Toilets with Shower facilities, night toilet facilities, an office for the beach superintendent, a first aid room and lifeguard office, a reception area and lookout post
